We love your photography! How do we book you?
First, thank you so much! Please contact me with your date and wedding location so I can check my availability. If I am available then we will schedule a consult. Great photography starts with great connections and I want to spend a little bit of time getting to know you. I want to hear all about you and your wedding plans to make sure we are the right fit for each other.
How far in advance do we need to book?
Because I only accept a limited number of clients each year, you should book as soon as you are able. I book as far out as two years in advance.
Will you be the one shooting our wedding?
Absolutely! I don’t subcontract our weddings out unless I absolutely have too (emergency). I shoot every wedding and hire associate shooters to assist or second shoot.
How much are your wedding packages?
My regular wedding packages start at $3,195 with most couples spending anywhere from $3,695 to $8,000 depending on travel requirements. Every wedding is unique and I customize our packages to suit your needs.
Engagement sessions, custom engraved USBs, archival prints and heirloom-quality wedding albums and other products are also available.
Please inquire for special Chatham-Kent wedding pricing.

How much is your deposit?
A booking fee of $1,500.00 plus HST is required to book your date. The remainder of your total package is broken into two equal payments. Booking fees are non-refundable.
Do you charge HST?
Sorry folks, the government always gets their little cut. If you live in Canada, or are getting married in Canada I have to collect HST by law. Want to avoid HST?… I can do your wedding in Iceland! 🙂
Are engagement photos included in your wedding packages?
Many of my local packages include complimentary engagement photos. Engagement sessions are a great opportunity for us to work together before the big day. Sessions generally take between 1 and 2 hours. Due to logistics, I can’t always do engagement sessions for travel or destination weddings.
Do you do destination weddings?
YES I do. I shoot weddings all over Canada and will travel most places in the world. If you are getting married in Ireland, Iceland, Italy, New Zealand, or some other amazing location, I’d love to chat with you about it.
Do you do wedding albums?
Yes, I do! And, I am super proud of the albums we produce. We carefully create your wedding album based on your favourite selections. You are involved in the entire process and get final approval before the album goes to print. The albums are heirloom quality lay-flat albums with a wide variety of cover materials including leathers and silk so I can create an album that is truly yours.
How long does it take to get our wedding photos?
You should allow up to 90 days for your edited digital images. I want to make sure your photos are incredible and that takes time. Trust me, I know you are excited to relive those moments and I normally provide a “sneak peek” of a few images shortly after the wedding. After the sneak peek though, I do my best to serve my clients in order.
Can we order prints through you?
Certainly! You receive high resolution images so you can get your photos printed anywhere you like but I do recommend printing through us for the best results. I work with professional photo labs and can offer you heirloom and archival-quality prints that aren’t typically available to the general public. I also have a lot more control over the quality and colour of the prints. Maybe consider canvas and acrylic prints.
Do you charge travel fees?
This depends on your wedding location. I don’t usually charge travel fees for weddings in our normal service area which includes Windsor and Chatham-Kent to Toronto. In some cases, like multi-day weddings, or early starts limited travel fees may be required to cover accommodations. Please contact us to discuss travel and destination weddings.
Do you do LGBTQ weddings?
OF COURSE WE DO! I believe that everyone deserves amazing photos and an amazing experience on their wedding day. All love is beautiful. So, whether you are straight, lesbian, gay, transgender, queer, or identify otherwise, I would love to hear your story and record your marriage celebration. Everybody is welcome and respected!
Are you insured?
Yes. I carry both liability and equipment insurance to protect ourselves and to protect you.
What happens if you are sick?
I’ve never had to cancel a wedding shoot. I’ve shot through illness. I medicate if I have to and try to get some extra rest in the days proceeding a wedding. I know how important this day is to you and do everything I can to ensure we are in good health and can make good on our promises. If there was ever an emergency that prevents me from being there, I have great relationships with other photographers all over the country (and internationally) who would gladly step up and lend me a hand. I’ll do everything I can to reach out to them and get you covered.
